Deliverance: 98 Days of Taking Back Freedom: Day 1

Now is as good a time as any to start a personal revolution. And boy is it needed. Today is 2023.03.27

I have set the next 14 weeks as a block to seek exponential Freedom: deliverance from things that have had areas of oppressive tyranny in the following areas: Finances, Health, Faith and Family to name a few.

Over the course of the next 14 weeks, you can join me on a progressive journey into taking back the Freedom that is inherently mine as a Christian, by way of renewing my efforts toward taking effective responsibility in the areas mentioned above. The big picture idea is that if I fix the spiritual aspects of life first, the others will follow.

Now, I do not want to lose any ground that I have gained by way of going backward. But, I will be starting every part of the consideration of these areas in prayer and then planning the incremental steps needed to have an exceeding amount of progress, implementing the actions and behaviors required in order to ensure the progress, and keeping the whole train going all the way to the station.

What I have completed today, about 3 hours into it:

  1. Weight training
  2. Healthy Eating
  3. Bible Reading and Prayer
  4. Reviewing priorities
  5. Setting task lists for the day

I will get into each of these more as we progress.

Deliverance has begun!

So, a quick retrospective on yesterday (I am writing this on 3/28/2023)…

I finished the day of production oriented work with a whimper, in that I was waiting on someone else to finish their work, and they were waiting on contact from someone who was no longer with the company. So, I strove to get in touch with the missing link person, I did, and was able to get the information needed. I punted delivering that info until today (3/28) and will be starting that up soon.

I had a family event which was encouraging, for the family, but not quite as healthy (the dessert) as would have been oriented toward the best in success. I could have not eaten the dessert and still had as good a time. I had already paid for the meal though, and so… I ate the food.
