Hey there, friend—pull up a stump and stay a while!

I’m just a smart, nutty squirrel on a mission to live a healthy life… and to help you do the same.

Somewhere between burying acorns and dodging traffic, I realized that living well doesn’t have to be complicated. It takes a little curiosity, a little discipline, a grateful heart, and a whole lot of good nuts.

So I started digging—into research, recipes, Scripture, and my own pantry—and decided to share everything I found along the way.

  • Nut Ratings — because not all nuts are created equal, and somebody has to say so

Squirrels have it figured out, honestly. We plan ahead. We choose our food with intention. We stay active because we have to — and somehow, we make it look like fun. That’s the kind of healthy living I want to pass on to you: practical, sustainable, and never taking itself too seriously.
