P1: Overcoming Inertia

It’s the beginning of the New Year. Your greatest enemy at this point is discouragement related to achieving or not achieving the things you have planned. The important thing at this point is to realize that you are not super human.

You have a measure of inertia that you need to overcome in order to accomplish your goals; Especially if you have deep rooted habits that you need to eradicate.

The important thing is to stay focused and concentrate on the ‘small wins’ that will allow you the opportunity to pave the way for bigger wins later. In your exercise routine, one rep is better than none. you know you can do one rep. Do the one, and wait for others to come. Work until you don’t want to anymore. You may be surprised at how much you can / will do.
